The Future Practice Competition: Reimagining Architectural Practice is now open for entries


Calling all architects, recent graduates, and students to take part in the competition aimed at redefining future architectural practice.
This competition encourages competitors to think about the various difficulties that architects face today and to offer new solutions and business strategies to solve these concerns.
The competition’s major purpose is to expand the concept of what an Architectural Consulting Practice (ACP) could become and to spark dialogues about the future of architectural practise.
Participants can generate ideas by addressing these issues :
Practice Culture : Work-Life Imbalance, Flexible Working Hours, Talent Retention.
Practice Environment : Project Procurement, Fee Structure, Software Licensee
Practice Ecosystem : Regulatory Framework, Local Authority Relationship
A non-refundable fee of RM100.00 (Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Only) is applicable and registrations are on the competition website (https://competition.klaf.my). The registration deadline is April 24th, 2023.
Prizes to be won include RM 5,000 for best idea and RM 2,000 for honorable mention (up to 4x)
