Inspiring the Next Generation of Innovators with ‘Joy of Creating and Building’

SK Putrajaya Presint 16(1) played host to an initiative that ignited young imaginations and paved the way for a sustainable future. The Architects, renowned pioneers in the field, presented the fourth installement of the JOY program to primary school students with the marvels of architecture.
The JOY platform stands as a testament to The Architects’ commitment to fostering creativity, innovation, and environmental consciousness from a tender age. The event showcased architecture as a bridge between imagination and reality, exposing the students to the endless possibilities of transforming their environment into built structures. Under the guidance of Ar. Muhammad Hazwan Bin Mohd Yunos, the enthusiastic presenter from Perbadanan Putrajaya, the young participants were transported into a world where buildings aren’t just bricks and mortar, but dreams materialized. Ar. Muhammad Hazwan Bin Mohd Yunos artfully introduced the budding architects to the captivating art of designing spaces that harmonize with the environment.
The heart of the program lies in its 3R approach: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Through hands-on activities and engaging discussions, students discovered how architectural brilliance can contribute to sustainability by repurposing materials, reducing waste, and creating spaces that nurture both the soul and the environment
