Projek Kaseh4U began in November 2013, initiating its mission to provide food for the homeless, destitute, and urban poor every Tuesday at 9 PM along CIMB Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman (located behind Tune Hotel). The initiative started with 60 packs of Nasi Ayam, accompanied by fruits, drinks, and dinner rolls. Over time, KASEH4U has steadily grown, now distributing 450 packs per session and continuing to expand its reach.

Their main goal is to offer food to those in need, regardless of their background or circumstances, treating their guests with respect and support. They also aim to restore lost dignity and pride due to poverty, mental health issues, social challenges, or abandonment. Additionally, they provide counseling for parents on child development to ensure a better future for the next generation.

Presently Projek KASEH4U is operating from a shoplot that has been converted into a Community Development
Centre (CDC) in Bandar Puteri Bangi. All the activities now are done at CDC."
