Empowering Emerging Architects at UniversitiMalaysia Kelantan

Headstart is a platform for discourse and knowledge sharing for final year degree and master students in pursuant to their job-hunting process and starting their career in architectural practices.

Under the leadership of KLAF2023 Director Ar. Adj. Prof. Norzaini Mufti and convener Ar. Aida Daud, HEADSTART 8 took place at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) with the mission to empower the next generation of architects. Ar. Ellina Rahman and Ar. Farah Yusof shared their experience and knowledge as they delved into the intricacies of architectural practice and the session concluded with 15 mins job interview simulations, with student interviews. This aims to provide students with an opportunity to practice their interview skills and receive feedback from industry professionals.
